Joining fees are £25.00 for individuals and £35 for organisations currently. We can put additional images and copy on your page for a small charge any time during the year. In order to cover our ongoing costs for printing promotional cards and advertising, all internet costs and service fees we charge an annual subscription of £20.00. bigartweb is not funded and is not for profit.
The basic joining fee includes your copy, 6 images and a link to your email and website. Please send GOOD quality images by email JPG , TIF , CD, DVD or disk. Please number and title your images and if appropriate indicate which way up. Please send the highest resolution. Our format for displaying your images is square/portrait. We can accommodate panoramic landscape images but best to call us first for best results. You can have a maximum of 10 images for an extra small charge, call us.
Write the titles for your work in the boxes below (if you’re including additional images, please put the titles on an additional sheet of paper and attach to this form). If you display any photographic images of people or children you must have obtained their written permission before sending to bigartweb. We will ask you to prove that permission is granted.

We will display your name, telephone number and email address on your web page so that people interested in your work can contact you. Your details will be held on file and will only be used for the promotion of your work and page on bigartweb. We do not circulate your address.
The principles of bigartweb are based on the mutual benefits that come from being part of a group with similar aims. Everyone benefits from having their web page accessed through the web site address www.bigartweb.net. More people will see your work because you are all using the same address. In order to keep our profile high in Search Engines, KEY WORDS (meta tags) will be added to your webpage copy. These words highlight what your art or craft is i.e. Illustrator, Sculptor, Life Drawing, Metal Designer. This is standard practice. You can help by writing key words into your text. Thanks.
To keep our charges as low as they are, you need to help promote and use YOUR web address at bigartweb and to that end we ask you to assist each year in distributing a few Promotional Leaflets or Cards to raise the profile of bigartweb and your work on it.
We can make a link to your OWN individual web site. Sorry but we cannot link to your "gallery page" on any other commercial arts website shared by multi artists. Please note we ask you provide a reciprocal link from your site back to bigartweb.net.
bigartweb reserve the right to delete any subscribers page which contains inappropriate images or copy.
We will have to delete pages if annual subscriptions are not paid within a very flexible but fair timescale.
