For over 25 years, Caroline has lived and worked in the Forest of Dean, a world apart between England and Wales. The natural beauty, tranquility and scenic variety of the Forest act as a continuing inspiration for her as an image maker. Always changing - yet the Forest's essence remains the same. Caroline specialises in black and white photography. In 1995 she won Forest Enterprise's "The Dean in Perspective" Competition. A show to reflect all work made in the Forest of Dean and its inspirational qualities. In 1999 she gained her Licensateship of the Royal Photographic Society. She is widely exhibited throughout the UK and her still life images have won awards. She likes to experiment with darkroom techniques to produce photographic prints, each one of which is unique.
