Her name of MISSFIRE suits the energy and strength of her work from the small beautifully scrolled work to large elegant ironwork. Her work combined creativity and functionality, mixing traditional blacksmithing with modern techniques. Metal design is a hugely diverse craft using ancient knowledge and seeing Missfire at her forge heating up the mild steel until soft and mallable is an inspiring experience.
