A much sought after carver / sculptor and restorer, Peter’s first love is wildlife sculpture, especially birds. Peter says he is addicted to the shapes of wings.. He also likes to make items that are useful as well as being decorative. Making fine furniture, traditional or modern He is also a highly respected restorer. Frequently involved with various prestigious projects with other well known quality furniture makers, Peter was recently commissioned by the Slimbridge Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust in Gloucestershire to make a piece depicting otters and flamingoes supported by a large hand, carved in oak. Other commissions
include a 9 foot high Barn Owl for Centre Parks at Longleat.
Peter is a member of the British Woodcarvers Association, the Gloucestershire Society of Artists, the British Wildfowl Decoy Carvers and is a member of the Sculptree team at Westonbirt every year. (Big Tree carving). He is a qualified chainsaw carver.

Regular artist in residence at Nature in Art Gloucester. Exhibited with SWLA at the Mall Gallery in London.
